Description
Two curious, two passionate, with the intimate conviction that everyone has a role to play in making and consuming quality local products! Cynthia Guerrero and Rémi Jacquier created their brewery out of passion and made it a place of cultural life and entertainment, after Rémi obtained a university degree in "brewery operator" at the biotechnology center of the University of La Rochelle.
Their beers are brewed with Labry spring water, and with barley grown organically by a farmer friend 10 km from the brewery, malted at the local malthouse. Their philosophy is local distribution within a radius of 50km, a desire to maintain direct contact with customers and the pleasure of constantly inventing new recipes.

330ml bottle - initial poured a clear amber colour but quickly developed a hazy amber with a good sized frothy off white head. Aroma is grassy hops and some lime zest notes. A medium sweet taste, light malts, citrus and grassy hop flavours and some in the finish. Nice.

Bottle shared. Pours quite clear dark golden at first but suddenly turned hazy in the glass, strange! Fluffy off white head. Lots of grassy hops with some lime and flowers. There’s quite some grapefruit peel as well. Light caramel, fresh breadcrust, a bit chalky and metallic in the finish. Just medium sweet and really quite bitternfir the amount of sweetness and the abv. Long lingering chicory bitter finish. Just medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Quite nice for an organic IPA.
