~8 oz draft pour at a beer dinner at Transparent Brewing in Grandview, Missouri. This was served with the 4th (main) course. The pour is a clear yellow golden with a 1/2 inch loose white head. The aroma is a cracker malt with some herbal yeast grass behind that. The taste is the cracker malt, herbal grass and a bit of off flavor to the back hat lingers as cardboard. The palate is medium to light bodied with softer carbonation and the grass cardboard in the finish. Just OK.
