10 oz draft at the Fields & Ivy Brewery in Lawrence, Kansas. The pour a slight haze of orange copper with a small white head. The aroma is sweet honey malt along with some floral and a bit of grass. The taste picks up fresh hop character with grass and bitterness, then moves to the caramel sweet honey malt and finishes dry with more of the fresh dry bitterness. The palate is medium bodied, active carbonation and the fresh dry floral bitter mineral finish. Nice fresh hop beer.

50cl bottle pours an oily inky black, no head, legs.  Nose has cocoa and some coconut and cinnamon and wood shavings.  Vanilla too.  Baking spice and cardamom.  Flavor has all that with raisinette.  Full bodied, long finish that has spice and some black peppery heat.  7 3 8 4 13

12 oz bottle was graciously given to me by my friend Chris. 2020 Vintage. The pour is an opaque brown black with a well formed 1 inch khaki head. The aroma is oily roast coffee, pine, earth and the Bourbon booze. The taste is stale coffee, heavily char roast, pine, earth and bitter roast with a dry boozy Bourbon finish. The palate is medium to heavier bodied with soft carbonation, the char bitter pine and a mineral dry finish. Thanks Chris.

At SAVOR. Poured a clear orange color with a light yellow hue, small white head. Aroma was light grain, biscuit. Flavor was crisp, enjoyable stuff, very unassuming.

At SAVOR. Poured a clear dark yellow-orange color with a small white head. Aroma was light tart notes. Light funky yeast notes. Flavor was light floral and yeasty notes. Surprised alcohol was this high, expected it to be a bit lower.
