Can pour at the DCBeer December 2025 share. Poured a dark cola color, with a small white head. Aroma was big bakers chocolate, roasted malt. Chocolate roast, nice dark chocolate. Slightly dry, very tasty.

Can pour at the April DCBeer monthly gathering. Poured opaque blueberry-purple hued beer, with a small wispy head. Aroma was really pleasant, strawberry and very light raspberry. Not a lot of tartness from the raspberry. I never remember what marionberries taste like, but I imagine they taste like this.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a very slightly hazy golden yellow color with a small, foamy, white head. Aroma was tropical fruit, pineapple, mango. Really nice juicy notes.

Draft pour, 8 ounces, at Third Hill. Poured a dark amber color with a small, slightly pale white head with some light tan notes. Aroma was big dates and raisins, big Belgian ale. Candi sugar. Alcohol is really well masked in this one, I wouldn't have guessed it was over 9%.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a nice tan head. Aroma was roasted malts. Good dryness in this one, there's some roast, but it's very easy to drink. Some bakers chocolate on the finish. I could drink this easily when I'm not sure what else to get.

Ok. 16oz can. Thin caramel brown. Dates and raisins. Some booze. Malt. Candi sugar. A bit thin but good enough. 7 3 7 3 13 Doesn't read 9%
