Old school RIS roast with hints of blackberry on the nose and finish. Cinnamon hints too in-between. Way better as it warms up, 3.5 -> 3.9
A little tart of a finish but the rest is delicious, pizza kvass! Oak goes far with the tartness, nose is flavorful in and of itself.
