Nonic glass cask pour at Transport Brewery in Shawnee, Kansas as part of their Cask Ale Festival. The pour is a mostly clear orange golden with a creamy off white head. The aroma is cereal grain malt, some grass and soft sweet fruit. The taste is grass, hay, softly sweet cereal malt, sweet grain and finishes with a leafy hoppiness. Nice meld of flavors. The palate is cask low carbonation, medium bodied, clean malt and grass finish. Super easy drinking and fresh.

Nonic glass cask pour at Transport Brewery in Shawnee, Kansas as part of their Cask Ale Festival. The pour is a cascading golden amber that settles clear, with a light tan head. The aroma is toffee, caramel and soft grass. The taste is the soft caramel toffee malt, grass hops and clean cereal malt finish. The palate is light to medium bodied with low natural carbonation and a clean finish. Nice one.

Nonic glass cask pour at Transport Brewery in Shawnee, Kansas as part of their Cask Ale Festival. The pour is an opaque brown black with a light tan head that leaves behind a thick coat of lace. The aroma is soft fruit, sweet, roast and behind is a bit of toffee. The taste is roast, light sweet, transitions towards earth, mineral more roast to the back. The palate is medium bodied with the cask soft body and the roast finish.

Draft Willebecher glass at Transport Brewery in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden yellow with a minimal white head. The aroma is very faint, maybe some floral present. The taste is lime citrus, floral and cereal grain. There is also some sweet bubble gum as it warms, which detracts some. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and a mineral bubble gum finish.
