The Buechel OGs raid the GABF 2023: Poured a black with a tan head. Aroma is raspberry, chocolate, rich malts. Taste is similar with rich malts, chocolate, raspberries.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a light brown head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has boozy bourbon and roasted malts and some dark grains backing. Flavor has strong bourbon with a bit of booze and chocolate in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a red hue and an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has raisin and light fruits with a bit of sweet grains underlying. Flavor has earthy cherry and light fruits with a bready sweet grain backbone.

Aroma has sweet dark grains and Belgian candied sugar with a bit of raisin and dates supporting. Flavor has sweet dark grains and dates with a bit of raisin and candied sugar in the finish.

Nonic type pint glass at Camber Brewing Company in Fraser, Colorado. The pour is clear dark golden ruby with a small off white head. The aroma is toasted malt, soft citrus and a nice grain. The taste is a clean balance of the toasted soft sweet malt and mild citrus hop. The palate is medium light bodied, active carbonation and a clean crisp finish. Solid Amber.

Nonic type pint glass at Camber Brewing Company in Fraser, Colorado. The pour is clear golden with a small white head that leaves behind pretty sheets of lace. The aroma is bright floral, resin hops along with a bit of softly sweet malt. The taste is a nice balance between the hop and malt, with floral present up front, and the resin carrying through to a softly bitter finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and the bitter finish. Easy drinking fresh IPA, perfect for the patio.
