Half pour at Servaes Brewing Co in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a slightly clouded brown copper with a light tan thin head. The aroma is rich toffee malt, a bit of soft cherry, and evident warming alcohol. The taste is full bodied malt toffee, caramel, toasted malt, grass and really well integrated alcohol heat. The palate is medium to heavier bodied with soft carbonation and the lingering warming malt toffee richness. Really nice Barley Wine.

16 oz can purchased at Servaes Brewing Co. in Shawnee, Kansas. The can opens as a gusher. The pour has strawberry chunks floating in it (I hope that’s strawberry) and a 4 inch thick foamy pink white head. The aroma is fresh sweet strawberries, rich chocolate with floral and vanilla. The taste has some chunks in it, with the taste of strawberry pulp and chocolate chips. There is also some floral sweet to the finish. The palate is unfiltered with a medium to heavy body and the pulp and chunks. If they are going for milkshake, they nailed it. Weird but interesting.

16 oz can purchased at Servaes Brewing Co. in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a hazed orange golden ruby with a small fluffy foamy off white head that falls with lace. The aroma is sweet candy orange, vanilla, and a floral. The taste is vanilla, orange sweet, orange tart peel and a general milkiness to the end. A hint of the floral soft bitterness is evident as the beer warms. The palate is medium bodied, low carbonation and the pleasant sweet floral finish. Definitely hit the Orange Creamsicle marks, fun.

16 oz can purchased at Servaes Brewing Co. in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a hazed golden orange with a fluffy two inch off white head that falls slowly. The aroma is clean and natural peach fruit and skin, touch of toasted grain behind that. The taste is the peach fruit, clean and natural, citrus tartness and the then closing with the cereal grain toasted malt. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and peach fruit in the clean finish. Unfiltered. Nicely executed.

16 oz can purchased at Servaes Brewing Co. in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a mostly clear copper ruby with a 1 inch light tan, off white, pinkish head. The aroma is citrus vanilla sweet and blackberry fruit. As it warms cereal malt is there. The taste is rounded sweet blackberry, vanilla soft sweet as well, nice hint of citrus and an all round fresh clean fruit. Not much malt presence. The palate is medium bodied, with soft to low natural carbonation, unfiltered and a lingering sweet blackberry fruit to the clean finish.

~14 oz Goblet draft at Servaes Brewing Co. in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a hazed golden with minimal white head. The aroma is faint, a bit leafy and a hint of mint maybe? The taste has more character with lemongrass, the soft mint of the nose and cereal grain malt softly under the hops. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft natural carbonation and a lemon and verbena type residual flavor. Easy drinking if a touch odd.
