Süffiger, mild süßer, in erster Linie aber getreidiger Antrunk. Herb-würzig,wenig gewürzig, etwas muffig. Mittellanger Abgang. 9/8/9/8/9/8

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, minimally sugary, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, overripe banana, baked banana, honey, hints of clove, a touch of mustard seed and vanilla. Taste is sweet, slightly sugary, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, notes of honey and banana, baked banana, a touch of clove, citrusy fruity, hoppy counterpart with a touch of mandarine and minimally tart-ish, fruit acidic and leafy undertones. Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Fairly complex, quite sweet - decent.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Juicy, citrusy and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish, minimally sugary, pale malty background, notes of lemon, mandarine, orange, orange peel, some mango. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally sugary, pale malty and mildly bitter, minimally zesty, citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally diluted hints of orange, mandarine, some lemon. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Fairly fruity and refreshing, almost lemonade character - nice.

A clear amber beer with a big off white head. Aroma of mild caramelized malt, biscuit, grainy malt. Taste of grainy malt, biscuit, mild metallic and spicy hops. Caramelly finish.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', as 'Sander Dinkeldoppelbock', 8.2% abv, best before October 2025. A bit hazy, deep orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity and slightly yeasty aroma of banana, caramel, some pear, a touch of honey and light clove. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently fruity and slightly yeasty taste of banana, caramel, pear, chocolate, nuts, some honey and a touch of clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very tasty Bock, not too yeasty but nicely fruity and saturating.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', 6.8% abv, best before July 2026. Hazy, deep orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy aroma of banana, clove, honey and light pear. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of lots of caramel, honey, banana, clove, some cinnamon and a touch of pear, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant beer, although quite sweet and rather unusual for the style.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', 6.8% abv, best before September 2025. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-malty, gently floral and a little fruity aroma of honey, some grains and hints of candied apricot. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, floral and a bit fruity taste of grains, honey, some candied apricot and light straw, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Bock, quite classic, good balance.
