Unclear golden with a stable creamy head. Lemon zest, sourdough, grassy hops, some grain, metal. Hoppy metallic zesty bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty metallic bitter finish. Quite difficult to rate, not a bad Pilsner, but quite different from others.

Gold with a frothy white head. Tropical aroma. Mildly sweet. Light bodied but not watery. Decent for the style. Didn’t get many notes on this one.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, orange, dark golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, minimally strawy, grainy, pale malty, minimally doughy yeasty aroma, whiffs of banana, phenolic overtones. Taste is slightly grainy, pale malty, mildly bitter hoppy and minimally doughy yeasty, a touch of banana bread.
Minimally oily, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, slightly scattered, soft carbonation.
Rather simple and monotonous, un-fresh - so-so.

Bottle picked up from Craftbeer webshop Parchim and consumed sat at the top of the garden during a gardening day, Saturday 3rd May 2025. Pours clear light amber with a white head that didn't last long. Caramel on the nose and in the mouth, nice carbonation, it's a little fruity. Simple but very pleasant Maibock.

0.5 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before August 2026. Very hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral aroma of pear, grains and light corn flakes. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral and minimally yeasty taste of grains, corn flakes, pear and light banana, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.
