Fast schwarze Farbe; sehr dichte aber nur mäßig stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase aromatisch, überraschend viel Lakritz, dazu Röstmalz, rote Trockenfrüchte und Kaffee. Im Geschmack dunkelmalzig, Kakao und Kaffee, etwas Trockenfrüchte, schlanker - vielleicht sogar etwas dünner Körper, relativ trocken - eine leichte Süße ist aber wahrzunehmen, präsente Röstmalzbittere.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, auburn colour with small to average, creamy, diminishing, moderately lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, slightly nutty and minimally toasty, caramel malty as well as mildly smoky aroma, hints of toasted nuts, a touch of smoked wood, minimally oaky and fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of blueberry. Taste is slightly nutty and toasty, caramel malty, minimally smoky and mildly bitter, fruity hoppy, hints of toasted nuts, some dark honey, blueberry, plum butter, tobacco overtones; low residual sweetness overall.
Creamy, oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Rich and manifold, balanced and harmonious, silky and lissome - very, very nice.

Gold-Orange bis kupferfarben, wenig stabile Schaumkrone; in der Nase aromatisch, malzig, Orangenschale, rote Früchte, Honig, Karamell, leicht würzig; im Geschmack relativ frisch, leichte Säure, ausgewogene Süße, leicht würzig und fruchtig, helles Malz, Karamell und Honig. Sehr gut!

Bottle shared with Aron, courtesy of hauxe, huge thanks to him! Pours black with quickly disappearing brown head. Nose is dark chocolate, cocoa powder, toasted malts, low coffee. Taste is moderately bitter earthy and roasted coffee, some chocolate again, closing with a dry finish. Light, in fact surprisingly light bodied with soft carbonation, drinks pretty easy.

Bottle shared, courtesy of hauxe, many thanks! Pours brown with an off white head. Nose is pleasant, somewhat sweet and fruity funk, chocolate, nuts. Taste is sweet chocolate, dried fruits, low to no funk. Light body, soft carbo, drinks below the abv.
