Description
The Adler-Bräu private brewery was founded in 1730. Since then, brewing has been traditionally based on the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Our beers go through a 6-week maturation phase and are stored at -1 ° Celsius. The classic fermentation process and the entire brewing process are carried out with state-of-the-art equipment and with our many years of experience in craftsmanship.

Bottle from Aldi drunk in a park in Bamberg. Clear deep gold colour lasting white head. malty lager some crispness some lemon pn the finish. Brown malty flavour. It’s pretty good. No off flavours well balanced. Good malty lager.

Bottle from Rewe Bamberg. pours clear pale gold with lasting white head. not much malt as you would expect from the colour. some lemon hop. after a bit of cycling its refreshing. some bitterness mostly from the carbonation. simple but drinkable pils.

Bottle shared on the train from Nuremberg to Freising during day 3 of the Bamberg Jolly of January 2015. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Nice bready notes, light toasted sugars, faint tangerine. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with some caramelised sugars, bread. Basic but tasty enough.

Bottle from a REWE in Bamberg. Clear gold, with a thin, white, head. and slight carbonation. Easy drinking, with a crisp mineral edge, hint of lemon, light corn malts and a decnet, bitter, finish. An enjoyable pilsener.

Bottle from a REWE in Bamberg. Dark brown and opaque with no head and little carbonation. Soft and malty, with toffee sweetness and a touch of red fruits, leading to a gently bitter finish. Good.

Bottle from a REWE in Bamberg. Lovely deep amber in colour, with a short-lived, off-white, head. Slightly earthy malts, leafy hops, a hint of toast and berry fruits before a gentle finish. Enjoyable drinking.
