You'd kind of expect a brewer to know a bit about a beer he was selling in his own taproom, even if it's a bought in bottle like this one... alas he said he could tell me nothing about it. I can say it's distinctively gluten free in taste, but it is a gluten free beer so no shock there. Some bitterness, not much classic IPA taste though.

On keg at Boteco Do Brasil. Appearance - golden and clear with a nicely proportioened white head. Nose - corn, lemon and lightly bready. Taste - fresh lemon and lime on a lightly bready base. Palate - light bodied, refreshing finish. Overall - good lager!
