Description
It all started in a shed, no joke! Ian, started home brewing in his garden shed, building recipes inspired by his loved beers. We loved it, our mates loved it, the shed was bursting at the seams, it was time to move to bigger premises. In 2013 Brick was born, and we started building a brewery in a railway arch behind Peckham Rye station, SE London.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a creamy, off-white head. Light-medium sweet with notes of lightly sun-kissed malts, pine, semi-ripe citrus, a nip of grass. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Lightly resinous finish, pleasantly bitter, more sun-kisses pale malts, some mango, rindy orange. Moreish. Solid west coast sauce.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A hazy amber pour with a billowing white head; musty apricot aroma; sharply sour fruity taste at first, then a solid malty body and a sweet apricot taste; followed by a dry biscuity finish. Good in parts.
