Description
It all started in a shed, no joke! Ian, started home brewing in his garden shed, building recipes inspired by his loved beers. We loved it, our mates loved it, the shed was bursting at the seams, it was time to move to bigger premises. In 2013 Brick was born, and we started building a brewery in a railway arch behind Peckham Rye station, SE London.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours clear honey-gold with a frothy, off-white head. Nails the style. Moderately sweet with lots of resinous piney character, sturdy bitterness, flowers, some orange rind, sun-kissed pale malts. Medium to full bodied, lightly oily, with fine to average carbonation. Resinous finish, piney, with subtle warmth, supportive malt backbone, background citrus rind notes. Solid on all fronts. Stellar overall.
