75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a relatively clear deep gold, good effervescence producing a white foamy head. Aroma of apple harvest, fresh apple bite. Flavour profile follows suit, great depth with fleshy fruit, caramelised sweetness, soft tannins, leafy woody moments, really good cider all round.

75cl bottle @ Cidrerie Kermao. Pours a misty gold. Aroma is distinctly floral, sweet honey. Flavour profile is quite perfumed with a floral sweet honey presence alongside a sweet cider character. Quite interesting, decent.

Bottle shared at home, THT Hangover & Chill. Nursing the braindamage. Clear golden with short lived fizzy sparklefest. Sweet apples, rusty, oaky, fruitiness leaning towards orangepeel and tannins touching earl grey association. Juicy up front and dry in the back. Moderate sweet and dry. Medium body and a bit low on carbonation.

Vintage 2018. Clear golden with white bubbles. Sweet saucy apples, massive woolly, and meaty greasy funk. Sweet and warm spiced, fat ham, mild chorizo, sweet applejuice and oaky woody tannins. Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with big short lasting white head. Very funky with lots of farmyard smell, dry apple peel, soft sweet caramel apple, dusty leather, earthy old wood. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with quite some carbonation. Nice!
