16 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 7/23/2018. Pours moderate hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lightly tart/tangy plum, apricot, fruit skin, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pluots, fruity yeast, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart/tangy plum, apricot, fruit skin, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness; and fruit/wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of plum, apricot, fruit skin, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of pluots, fruity yeast, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/tartness and carbonation. High carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and lightly sticky/acidic/tangy mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.5%. Overall this is an awesome fruited American pale wheat ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of pluots, fruity yeast, pale/wheat malts, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/tart fruit finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Juicy ripe pluots with balanced fruity American wheat yeast, pale/wheat malts, and mild earthy hops. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

16 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 6/20/2018. Pours crystal clear pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Touch of fruity aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice and pleasant aromas with pale malt/corn and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, corn, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness of pale malt/corn and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero fruity notes present. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a delicious Mexican adjunct lager style. All around nice robustness of pale malt/corn and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Very clean pale malt/grains and good sized earthy hop presence for the style. Nice barley presence, and not overdone on adjuncts. Apparently trying to grab the Corona market. Definitely won't win over the macro drinkers with the hop presence, but the craft fans will definitely enjoy. A very enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example. One of the best AALs I've had.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice sweet melon with light fruits and light grain supporting. Flavor starts with sweet hull melon but is mainly full of sweet grains and light yeast.
