Draft 13 oz pour at Spada Farmhouse, Snohomish. Darker peach orange appearance. Active fizz head. A right up my alley kind of brew here, no way this was going to disappoint. Tart peach and apricot like fruit front. Equally as explosive barrel presence here. Huge oak really battles to create a nice balance. Nose is all fresh peaches. Tart constant, and would pur sourness at 8/10. Long lasting sour fruit, barrel balanced palate. Excellent sour here.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Spada Farmhouse, Snohomish. Glowing golden orange appearance, bright haze. Floral nose, belgian hints, subtle pils like grain. Flavor has lots of floral as well. Bitter grassy and floral hop character, with an icy cool belgian like finish. Really refreshing. Lighter but flavorful. Very nice addition to their hop forward side of the menu.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Spada Farmhouse. Juicy golden orange haze, moderate glow, cream foam head and lacing. Slick and easy drinking hazy here up front, but has a slightly aggressive grassy hop bitter profile that seems slightly out of place in a hazy, but I'm all for it. Some tropical fruit notes are a little buried under this. Hop bite, lingering juicy and grassy finish. Very refreshing in the heat. Solid brew.

Draft 13 oz pour at Spada Farmhouse. Bright, peachy orange appearance. Sticky lacing, active fizz head. Crisp flavor up front. Has a cherry lime cooler, with some lemon and light floral influence. Sour is to a minimum. Sprite like palate, with lemon, lime, and some carb bite. Really easy drinking, and quite refreshing overall. I'd love this if the sour notes hit a little harder. Well layered with the hibiscus and mixed citrus. Sourness 2/10. Enjoyed this

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Spada Farmhouse. Bright, cloudy golden pour, some glow, with plenty of foam head and lacing. Really refreshing saison here. Soft grains, lemon zest, and a slight Belgian like nose. Cool, easy flavor with soft floral tones. Hefe like, and a wit like. Definitely a unique taste, works really nicely in the warm weather. Tasty.

Draft pour enjoyed at Spada Farmhouse, Snohomish. Dark brown pour, maybe the slightest raspberry red tint, maybe since I know it's there. Incredible aroma here of chocolate raspberry. Very inviting. Bold dark chocolate with complimenting raspberry notes that don't overpower. Balanced very well. Drinks nowhere near its abv tag. Lingering cocoa, raspberry toast finish. Incredible strong ale here.

Draft pour pint at Spada Farmhouse, Snohomish. A mostly clean and bright golden pour. Cream foam head. Flavor is pretty grain dominated, with tons of straw amd cereal. Slightly creamy body, actually a little less crisp than the IPA here, I'd say. Malt centered aroma, and aromatic from a distance. Cool finish. Has a little grit to this. Light for sure, but less easy drinking for the style I'd say. Not bad.

Draft pour pint at Spata Farmhouse, Snohomish. Clean golden pour with plenty of mousse foam head. 7% but drinks lighter, almost session like. Lighter bodied with some piney hops that are more dominant than a more modest juicy tropical note. A touch on the grassy side as well, with an cracker grain linger. Overall a nice, crisp, and refreshing old school IPA. Pretty sure this is their IPA that stays on the menu year round, and it certainly deserves to be.

500 mL bottle poured, shared by Keven. Thanks! A peachy pinkish orange pour, thin fizz head. Strong wheat like base to this sour, and a dark fruit that doesn't seem to be plum specific, but I believe it to be the headliner despite my lack of plum experiences. A nice sour here overall.
