Dull light brown. No head. The aroma is lightly toasty, fudgey and you could imagine smoke in there if you want to. Flat and tart, lightly smoky but the lack of carbonation really hurts this one.

Hazy blonde, not much head. The aroma has some pedio and some yeastiness. The taste is actually sort of mild, with a touch of sweetish malt but also some slightly burnt phenols. We’ll call it rustic.
