Fruity with citrus skins, hints of melon, a fair bit of alcohol character. Slightly green colour. Sweet melony/yuzu finish.

Only a hint of green. Aroma of rice pudding with green apple acidity. Apple and custard but with lots of pear skin dryness.

Clear. It has a little koji on the nose. The genshu is stronger and woodier than the other regular ones. Earthy. Lip-smacking finish.

Slightly greenish. Fruity, cider and unique with peachy and appley notes. Interesting sake, pretty unusual from my experience.
