Bottle 750ml. corked @ home. [ As Brick by Brick Bosuns Moustache ].Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, marzipan malt, toffee, moderate hoppy, grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, metalic bitter, orange, fruity, sweet malt, moderate malty, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151231]

Hazy pale golden color with a white head with medium formation. Aroma has notes of light citrus, yeast and grassy hints. Flavor is slightly bittery, hay notes with some fruitness. Some dry mouthfeel with light bitterness.

Dark Brown color, light beige head, good retention. Toasted caramelish notes, toffee, some banana notes. Favor is mild sweet, caramel, chocolate notes, some raisins as well. Final is slightly sweet, with a creamy mouthfeel.

@ Republik (Kaunas). Hazy golden color with an off-white head with good retention and medium lacework. Aroma has notes of wheat, some sweet maltiness and coriander. Flavor is mild sweet, good maltiness, coriander and yeast notes are also present. Final is slightly sweet, with wheaty hints, creamy and smooth on palate.

Bottle @ Abijen’s Christmas non-tick tasting. Aroma of caramel, spices and raisin. Sweet taste of caramelised malt, cinnamon spice, raisin and a little toffee. Not bad.

Bottle @ Abijen’s Christmas non-tick tasting, small sample. Hazy brown color, short frothy head. Aroma is spicy, licorice, some caramel. Bit sweet in taste, licorice again. For a spicy beer, its still quite tasty. Ok stuff.
