Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Clear aroma of coffee and yeast, with malty touches and hints of hops. Bitter, roasty onset giving way to sweetish notes of yeast and lactose, ending on a nutty and roasty note. A decent porter.

Bottle, 5.8%. Almost no aroma. Almost black colour. Seems clear. Very unstable head. The flavour is roasted and buttery with a hint of rotten fruit. Late coffee note with coffee bitterness.

Bottle 33 cl. Slightly hazy golden with next to no head, but a fizzy bubbling. Yeasty, minerally, tart aroma with some faint bergamot notes. Medium body, quite sour with an underlying sweetness. No real bitterness. A Wit is not supposed to be sour, is it? I bet it's the sourness of the passion fruit, that took the brewery by surprise.... 030821

33cl bottle from Rimi, Tallinn. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, wheaty notes and hints of coriander. Bitter orange is dominating in the flavour, quite mild, but refreshing. Enjoyable.

Bit of black tea, herbal, fizzy, bit dirty, sourish orange zest

Bottle @ Fox & Hounds, Sønderborg. Pours clear pale straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and citrus, with mild malty touches. Dry, citric flavour of passion fruit with bitter touches of hops and probounced botes of yeast. Estery and citric aftertaste. Well, perhaps nice if you like passion fruit, but I’d rather have a beer. Drinkable, though.
