Hazy yellow pour with a small white head. Wheat, cloves, banana, hint of spice - first sip wasn’t good, but it got better.

A rare beer shared by STLwill. Malt and some citrus. Surprisingly, passion fruit, and some star fruit; which I can’t remember ever tasting in a beer. Light brown color.

Slightly hazy dark brown colour. The aroma is candyish and appley, with hints of bubblegum. Flavourwise, it’s quite funky, leathery and fruity. This I’m told is the onset of infection but at this point it’s probably improving the beer but lending vibrancy to the body and complexity to the palate, because the malts are still there in relative fullness.
