This porter poured a deep black colour with a cream, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include coffee, bitter cocoa, light ripe fruit and a little nuts. First swig was quite smooth and sweeter with lower carbonation. Flavours of coffee, molasses, must and we’ll done toast. Finish is sweet and burnt with coffee and molasses flavours lingering.

Corny, mealy, watery. No Hops, musty cereals. Bland, boring. Low bitterness, semi sweet corny finish.

This cream ale poured a lightly hazy, light yellow colour with a bright white, soapy head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, corn and dough. First swig had low carbonation and lightly sweet, with flavours of corn, malt and minimal hops. Finish is corn with the sweet aftertaste lingering.

This IPA poured a hazy, medium yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include pineapple, citrus, dough, corn and a little resin. First swig was smooth and delicious. Flavours of pineapple, citrus hops, a little honey and a tiny bit of grass. Finish is medium bitter with flavours of hop flavours lingering.

This IPA poured a cloudy, medium yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include pineapple, orange and lemon citrus, lemon rind and a little dough. First swig was delicious with lots of citrus flavours, hops, a little soda crackers and minimal pineapple juice. Finish is half citrus and half hops with a medium bitterness lingering.

This pils poured a clear yellow colour with a minimal, bright white head. A little lacing. Scents include corn, honey and dough. First swig was quite nice. Flavours of corn, light malt and hops most prominent. Finish is quite bitter with corn and hop flavour lingering.

This black lager poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include dark toast, malt, club soda and dark roast coffee. First swig was smooth and just a little thin but delicious nonetheless. Flavours of coffee, dark cocoa and burnt toast. Finish is burnt and roasted with coffee flavours lingering.

This vanilla porter poured a deep, dark brown colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include vanilla, sweet malt, light metal and candy. First swig was quite thin but flavourful. Tastes of cocoa, nuts, vanilla and metal just to name a few. Finish is vanilla with malty goodness lingering.
