This Märzen poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, light tan head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, raisins and caramel. First swig was delicious and so creamy. Flavours of raisins, light molasses and that delicious ripe fruit. Just the bouquet. Finish is malty with caramel flavours lingering.

This ale poured a clear golden yellow colour writhing a creamy white head. Medium lacing. Smells of piney hops and cedar. First swig was not quite as bitter/hoppy as expected. Flavours of grass, sweeter malts and earth. Finish is mildly hoppy with that bitterness lingering.

This pils poured a hazy, yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include corn, bread and a little straw. First swig was a little sweet and had lower carbonation. Flavours of corn, honey and malt. Finish is a pils, with cornish flavours and mild hop bitterness lingering.

This APA poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a soapy, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include cooked veggies, root veggies and occasionally a blast of fruit. First swig was a little sweet and had almost no carbonation. Flavours of grains, green veggies and flour. Finish is weedy with nice malts and light hops lingering.

This chocolate stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include cocoa and burnt malt. First swig was delicious with flavours of cocoa, coffee and burnt malt. Finish is sweet with coffee and chocolate flavours lingering.

Pours black, brown creamy head. Not alot on the nose. Scents of coffee, cocoa and caramel. First swig was creamy , flavours of coffee and caramel. Finish is roasty malts.

Pours cloudy red colour, white creamy head. Scents of caramel, soda water and cereal. First swig was delicious with flavours of must, caramel and biscuit. Finish is lightly malty with a little hop bitterness to linger.

His pale poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Med lacing. Scents include clover, flowers and a little citrus. First swig was smooth and delicious with a creamy mouthfeel and flavours of citrus, light pine and biscuit. Finish is lightly hoppy with more citrus flavours lingering.
