This lager poured a deep, dark amber colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include heavily roasted malt, dark toast, ripe fruit, dates and a bit of basement. First swig was sweeter with flavours of light smoke, roasted malt, medium hops and brown sugar. Finishes roasty with delicious malty goodness and light hop bitterness.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a nice, big creamy, dark brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include coffee, chocolate, dark toast, smoke and molasses. First swig was slightly sweet and creamy, full flavoured, coffee and chocolate concoction. Flavours of coffee and chocolate most prominent. Finish is smokey burnt malts with as expected chocolate and coffee finish.

This NEIPA poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a creamy, bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include all sorts of citrus such as grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, grass, honey and a wee bit of metal. First swig was smooth and creamy and not as harsh as expected with flavours of pineapple, grapefruit citrus flavours most prominent. Smooth and slightly acidic with grass flavour lingering.

This wheat porter poured a deep black colour with a creamy, brown coloured head. Nice lacing. Smells like a chocolate dessert! Other scents include roasted malt, leather, tobacco, ash and burnt toast. First swig was not as thick as expected. Very roasted flavours almost to stout level, with other flavours of Melloids cough drops, burnt toast, coffee, cocoa, molasses and smoke. Finish is all burnt and slightly sweet with smokey malts lingering.

This amber poured just that, beautiful deep red colour with a huge creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, honey, bread and soda. First swig was lower in carbonation. Flavours of carmel malt, dough, ripe fruit and hops. Finish is malty with ripe fruit flavours lingering.

Can: Poured an amber color lager with a medium size off-white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of dry caramelized cereal notes with light residual sugar notes with some faint floral dry hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of dry hoppy notes with some caramelized cereal notes with faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Easy drinking marzen.

Can: Poured a golden color lager with a medium size off-white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of clean cereal notes with light residual sugar notes with some nice floral dry hoppy notes. Taste is also a mix of nice dry hoppy notes with some clean cereal notes with faint residual sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Easy drinking festbier with no flaws.

This ESB poured a beautiful deep amber colour with a creamy, light cream coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include rich, sweet malt, a little whiskey, metal and bit of alcohol. First swig was a little watery but creamy, with flavours of malt, light ripe fruit, booze of some sort (whiskey) and corn syrup? Finish is malty, lightly bitter and minimally sweet. Kinda reminds me of their Eye to Eye…

This sour poured a deep pink colour with a light pinkish, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include sweeter malt, light cherry and very light hops. First swig was sharper on the palate, smoothing out to a medium sour. Flavours of cherries, hops and grains. Finish is all cherries.
