This pale ale poured a crystal clear deep copper colour with an off-white, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, fruit jam, ripe fruit, dough and a hint of nail polish remover. First swig was oh so smooth and creamy. Flavours of metal, aluminum? Also, malt, spice, ripe fruit, wood and a little wine? Finish is malty as hell with a little hop bitterness and some basement flavours lingering. Delicious.

Aluminum bottle from the lcbo. Dark golden pour, with a large white head. Sweet, but very intense malty aroma.. Grassy, strong cereals.. Mouth feel and carb are spot on. Finish is lightly bitter, more solid cereals complimented by light grassy, and dried hay notes.

Oh my, so much head for a lager - guessing it is made to drink from the aluminum bottle it comes in. Hazy golden with that huge frothy-creamy warm cap, very long lasting. Now, waiting some more to see what kind of lacing this give me. Thick, patchy, wavy, foamy-creamy again. Smells yeasty, so not sure if too much of it, but at least it does not smell bad. Cereal grain undertones, which are a little more felt in the taste. Almost hints of banana, so not sure if wheat is used. Not a bad micro lager... if you have the patience to wait for the head to go down to take a sip.

This lager poured a light hazy, darker yellow colour with a soapy, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include corn, malt and perfume. First swig was nice and grainy flavoured with a bit of hoppy bitterness. Clean and a little dry with that grain flavour that lingers.

This golden ale poured a beautiful clear, golden colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, minimal corn and ginger ale? First swig was quite flavourful. Tastes of light ginger, resin and maybe a little bread. Finish is medium bitter with that minimal ginger flavour lingering.

This dark lager poured a very dark amber colour with a creamy, very light tan coloured head. Minimal lacing. Scents include oak, caramel and wine. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of oak, roasted grain and a little wine. Finish is roasty with a nice touch of hop to give it a little bitterness. Light wine and oak lingering.

This American Strong Ale poured a deep red colour with a soapy, light tan coloured head. Minimal lacing. Scents include really ripe fruit, sweet malt, light bubblegum and caramel. First swig had quite low carbonation with a almost dusty mouthfeel. Flavours of ripe fruit, bitter hops and a little clove. Finish is medium bitter with light clove flavour lingering.

This dunkel poured a deep amber colour with a creamy bordering soapy, light tan head. Minimal lacing. Scents include caramel, ripe fruit and cloves. First swig was a little thin but full of flavour.
