Sweetish, rather fruity aroma of elderberry, lime and blackcurrant. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity taste of grains, corn, clove, elderberry, blackcurrant, ginger and some lime, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, very smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really interesting beer, well-brewed as well, nice surprise!
