6 oz cask at Cask On! . Aroma is coffee without question. Flavor is huge maple syrup and soft coffee. Some mild sugar in the finish. Medium body. Ends pretty sweet. Some raw sugar.

Cask On, cask 3/25/23.
Dark, clear, little head.
Beany coffee, fruity sweet coffee and moderate roast. Fairly clean and homogenous. Not too sugary or roasty.
Woah! Holy Sugar, Batman! Chocolate, maple, vanilla and easygoing, fruity coffee but there's not enough attenuation; not by a longshot. Clean, though.

On tap at the source.
Pours a lightly hazy deep gold color with a thin white head that quickly dissipates. Lemony berry and earthy hop bite. Mostly tart but somewhat refreshing. Nice strawberry expression.

On tap at the source.
Pours a dark brown bordering on black with a thin tan head that quickly dissipates. Earthy roasty coffee with hints of bready maltiness. Pretty tasty and cleanly made, but imho could use a hint more body of sweetness to counter the dryness from the roasted malts and coffee.

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque black with thin ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt, coffee, baker’s chocolate. Taste is strong roasted earthy malt, dark chocolate and coffee. Smooth, average carbonation, bitter roasted finish. Easily the favorite of my flight—enjoyed it!

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque light brown/dark yellow with thin head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is super strong cat piss, herb. Taste is strong herb, on musky side, bready malt. Smooth texture, average carbonation and dry finish as taste. If you crave a strong cat piss beer, this is the one for you! Less in flavor, thankfully. Still, not pleasant.

4 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Hazy, honey brown with persistent ring of head, nice lacing. Aroma is lightly smoky, vague glue. Taste is strong smoky malt, vague fruit but little hop presence. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Not true to style. APA?
