It is a regular ale, an ordinary beer, nothing extraordinary, nice copper body, side of bitterness, watery, malt, nice to start a night, 06.09.16, at Prélaz, Lausanne.

[33cl bottle at a restaurant in Blenheim, NZ.] A dark amber pour with a short lasting white head; malty aroma with a little spice; rather watery but with a sweet nutty malt taste and a light bitterness. A pleasantly drinkable lower alcohol beer.

[33cl bottle at a bar in Waitomo.] A fizzy straw coloured pour with a tight white head; malty aroma; malty taste with some sweet lemonade; and a sticky finish. An old school AF, but not in a good way.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear dark amber/brown with small off-white head, decent retention and lacing. Aroma is malts with toffee and dough. Taste is sweet malts, toffee, grass, pleasant but a bit thin. Light to medium bodied. I quite enjoyed it.
