Bottle at home. Bit hazy deep pink with fluffy light pink head. Tart raspberries, soft wheat, lactic notes, light dough, paper, kettle sour notes. Almost medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied.

Bottle from La Bonne Heure drank it in the street in front of the shop during some live music. No glass. Dank fruity hops with papaya, mango, some bready malts, soft caramel, grapefruit, grapes, soft herbs. Medium sweet, bitter and bodied. Decent IPA.

Bottle from La Cave a Bulles, in the garden, 4th May 19. Pours a lovely hazy orange. Aroma is citrus, lemon grass, musty. Taste is bright, lovely Sorachi hop, lemon grass, hay, citrus, good bitterness, lively carbonation. Overall a good full on Sorachi APA, lovely

19/1/2019. Bottle from La Cave a Bulles, Paris shared at the second Kesgrave 50/50 bottle share. Pours slightly hazy golden amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of pine, hops, fruit, flowers, grass and caramel. Medium sweetness with moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Piney, sweet, malty finish. Decent brew.

Bottle at home from La Cave a Bulles, 7th December 18. Pours a dark amber colour with a big frothy, white head. Aroma is yeast, muted. Taste is light citrus, light pine, nice bitter after bite. Not bad, taste better than aroma.
