Bottle shared. Hazy deep yellow golden with lasting white head. Huge farmhouse notes, leather, sweet apple, peach, chalky CO2, oak. Medium sweet, less bitter. Almost creamy medium body, over medium dry. Nice.

Bottle. Bit hazy golden. Dry apple peel, lots of it. Light mineral and leathery, but it’s dry and tannic without being too earthy or tobacco like. Light sweet and bitter. Solid dry but still quite drinkeable. Great.

Bottle. Massive hops on the nose. Dry apple, funky, dry apple peel, lots of dry grassy hops. Light sweet, over medium dry. Quite interesting experiment.

Sample from pre-opened bottle. Thanks! Lots of honey, bit plasticcy and bitter, dirty apple peels. Medium body and soft carb. Strong alcoholic but not very great. (3.4)

Bottle shared. Slight hazy golden with very small white head. Lots of honey up front, pear, apple, some off fermentation notes with a touch of asphalt and plastic, orange peel, soft barnyard notes. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation. Not great but it's quite OK for what it is.

Sample from trade with Sjogro, cheers Sjoerd! Golden amber colour, short-lived thin fizzy white head and aroma of fruity apple, citric, light funk. Taste is tangy apple, fruity, some core, with some funk, alittle tartness, and earthy tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry fruity spicy tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from/at Maakun. Unclear orangey golden with some bubbles on top. Sweet red apples, wet clay, mold, lichen, funk, sweet, dry peel, juicy. Moderate sweet and bitter, almondy tannins in the quite dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cidre Demi-Sec on 08 Nov 2019 at 01:01 - Score: 7. Bottle shared, bought at the farm. Almost clear darker golden with short lasting white head. Sweet apples, light oxidized, soft funk, dry apple peel, dry cellar funk, dank fruity apple juice. Medium sweet, light bitter and very light tart. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Quite nice, Breton medium cider with some extra depth, but also a bit watery.

Bottle bought at the farm shared in Les Thons. Clear deep golden, no head. Huge deep funk, barnyard funk too, dry apple peel, apricot, dry mineral notes, very earthy, some apple pie. Medium sweet, under medium bitter and tart. Medium bodied, very dry finish. Old school farmhouse cider made the old way. It’s tasty and interesting, but it’s maybe a bit too weird dry bitter in the finish.
Had it again. Nicer body, still quite funky and tannic with under medium carbonation. Nice.
