17/6/2025. Bottle from Tigre Supermarket, Pescara. Pours hazy orange gold with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is grainy, citrus, grassy, touch herbal. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and slight tartness. Moderate body, lightly fizzy. It’s okay.

330 ml bottle. Cloudy apricot with almost no head. Very grainy, bready, zesty, lemony, sourdoughy, yeasty. Mild dry zesty sourness, some sweetness. Light bodied, oily watery texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty grainy bready finish. Nice, like a good Italian bread, liquified.

Bottle from a market in Potenza Picena, quite expensive. Murky yellow color, pale, fluffy head, quiet nose some freshness. Flavor is grainy, cereal, pasta, dough, bread, hay, hints of grass and lemon. Texture is fluffy, foamy, wrapping, airy. Taste is moderate, on the grain-sweet, light sourness. Finish is medium-clean, yeasty, doughy.
