Draught at Charred, 2/28/25.
Clear, medium amber with a strawberry tint. Small, beige head.
Rich, fruity, lightly hoppy with a generous amount of base malt mixing with mild medium malts to give a moderate caramel character. Fruity yeast and fruity, lightly citrusy and mildly piney hops lingering.
Malty as hell with good attenuation, texture, carbonation. Moderately hoppy with engaging bitterness. Balanced, fruity, clean and very flavorful. Wow, impressive.

16oz can pours out crisp clean copper color topped with a white head. Nose is citrus pine hops and caramel malts. Taste is more of the nice pine citrus hops and a sweet malt.

Pint can pours with a gold to amber colored body that supports a tiny near white head. The aroma really hasn't nothing going on. If I work at it I can smell a bit of malts and a vague vegetable like hoppiness,. The taste delivers a mild murmur of vague hop light bitterness that has a pine hop kind of facet. It's also muddled in malts that magically steer clear of becoming sweet and fruit estery. This needs a lot of help in the hop profile. That said, I'm not finding much in the way of flaws.
