Bottle in a creperie in Sable d’Or les Pins. A bit hazy light yellow golden with white head. Doughy wheat, soft malts, lime peel, dank weedy hops, grapefruit, soft grass. Medium sweet and bitter. Just medium bodoed. Nice.

Bottle at Le Narval in Binic. Hazy amber with big beige head. Caramel, red ale style malts, grapefruit, some grapes too, some grassy hops, creamy dough, toffee. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied. Typical French take on an IPA, quite decent.

Bottle split at home with and thanks to James, 07/12/17. Clear golden copper with a decent off white cap. Nose is caramel, biscuit, bitter orange, malt forward nose. Taste comprises treacle toffee, biscuit malt, orange peel, light candied fruits, breads, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with moderate hop bitterness. Old skool IPA and not a good one at that. Just about passable.
