Dobre tresciwe i ekologiczne w dodatku piwo. Pieknie pachnace chmielem, suszona trawa, W smaku trawiasto zbozowe z lekka doza slodowosci ale takze i chmielowej goryczkowej nuty. Piwo o pieknej puszystej i bardzo trwalej pianie, koloru jaskrawo zoltego, metnego i z licznymi tanczacymi babelkami.

Bottle from Brune Rousse Houblon, Nice. A bit hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of light spices, wheat, citrus and light malt. Low bitterness and with a soft carbonation. A bit thin.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellowish, pale golden colour with average to huge, foamy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty and slightly herbal aroma, a touch of brine (Wurstwasser), hints of yeast, resemblance to a Grisette. Taste is minimally tart, salty, herbal, slightly wheaty, yeasty. Untypical Witbier (obviously not traditionally spiced) with inclination to the Saison style. Not bad.

Bottle 330ml (Saveur)
Slightly hazy orange color, steady white head, some lace. Light nose has fruity and malty notes. Medium-bodied. Light fruity flavor (mango, apricot), some overriped banana, grainy maltyness, yeast. Simple blonde. And of course it is not "biere de garde" but Belgian ale/blond.

Slightly hazy yellow color, decent white head. Aroma has some banana, spices, metal and light citric notes. Medium-bodied. Citrus, light overriped banana notes. A bit peppery finish. Refreshing witbier this style is not my cup of tea.

Slightly gushing bottle. Hazy orange color, small steady white head, lots of floating yeast. Aroma is fruity and glueish, some alcohol too. Medium-bodied. Active carbonation. Sweetish fruity flavor, overriped banana, some alcohol. A bit messy triple.

bottle from saveur-biere.com. Hazy pale yellow, creamy white head. Wheaty, yeasty, slightly fruity with some spicy hops - closer to a Bavarian wheat beer than to a witbier, imho. Very nice.
