Pale blond colour with light haze and thin head. Aroma is a little musty at first then sweetens up a bit. Fairly fresh tasting. Light citrus zestiness. Sweet but not overly so.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy, dark brown with an orange hue and a small, off-white head. Sweet malty and nutty nose. Rich - almost fat - maltiness, caramel, subtle roast and nuts, a slight spiciness and a hint of chocolate. Warming alcohol finish. Pretty much exactly what you would expect from an Imperial Brown - when it comes flawless. 131219

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a creamy and lacing off-white head. Nutty, biscuity aroma. Medium body, sweet malty caramel, brown sugar and toffee - far from cloyingly sweet though as it has sufficient balancing hops. Well crafted. 091119

Bottle 33 cl. Clear golden with a white head. Fairly subtle aroma, a litle fruit and flowery hops. Rich, sweet malty/fruity body with a slight yeastiness and a dry, slightly bitter finish. carbonation to the high side. It's damned uninteresting, but it's clean and well made. 200819

Bottle at festival camping from Super U. Spicy yeast with cloves, pink pepper, kardamom. Light sweet malts, soft wheat, grassy and herbal hops. Medium sweet and solid medium bitter. Almost medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Not too bad.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a small, white head. Vgue coriandery nose, some yeast with a hint of phenols. Medium body, malty, wheaty, yeasty - unfortunately the phenols become more prominent, but not nasty as such. Almost absent bitterness. A decent Wit, but nothing more. 230619
