Clear red color with a strong raspberry aroma. Flavor is sweet and tart berries with sour acidity and a dry finish. Alcohol aftertaste. Not sweet enough to be a tripel.

Tap at Fkying Pig craft market in Corinth, MS after conquering Woodall Mtn. Reddish brown small head. Nose is spicy rye and bitter hops. Tastes of peppery rye, some piney hops, light red fruit and earthy. Hits the spot on this hot day.
