Can @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are rich raspberries, fruits, lactose acid, citrus, malt and has a nice long sour finish. Real plaque remover.

Bottle @Saxo's. Clear red, tiny head. Strong raspberry aroma. Sour raspberry flavour, some acetone, quite sour and dry. Good.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Hazy red with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, barnyard, wood and raspberries. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 031020

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich tea, fruits, flowers, malt, hops and has a nice long bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, medium off-white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is acetone, Brett, feet, pear, must, basement. Flavor is medium tart, medium funk. Medium body soft carbonation.

Draught @ Kultainen Apina Aroma has wuite nothing; perhaps cinnamon? Flavour has cinnamon, some cherries, cookie dough and gingerbread cookies. Odd stuff; has some kriek elements but the dough tones are unusual.

75 cl bottle vintage 2020 @ Kultainen Apina Aroma has popcorn, peaches and mild earthy notes. Flavour has sour cream, green apples. Does not feel like gueuze; more like berliner weisse. Also, where are the peaches?
