Provad på MBCC-17. Hade nog behövt dekanteras för att slippa svaveldoften som nu är väl påtaglig. Bortom den en riktigt trevlig chardonnaylagrad stor blond suröl med mycket vitt vin, lite smör, ek. Om man bortser från svavlet riktigt trevlig.

Provad på MBCC-17. Svårt att jämföra med lambic, snarare lik en lite funkig syrlig wit. Karaktär av litchi, persika, päron och äpple, citrus, stenfrukt/kärnor och vete. En finstämd lätt sak, ett vardagsöl som kanske inte är så festivalmässig men en riktigt pärla i sin stil.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, soda powder, mild vinegar, oak, sorrel, berry skin, citrus peel and old leafs, minerals, grass. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice one.

Tap @MBCC2017, Green Session. Hazy red brown, no head. Sourish berry aroma, light woody and bretty notes. Smooth, sourish flavour. Berries and a slightly rough, bretty yeastiness in the finish.

Mbcc, red session. Clear golden, thin white head. Nice funky, bretty aroma, dried apricots. Flavor has bretta, sourness, dried fruits . wood. Long dry finish. Pretty tasty overall.

0,05l from tap shared by / with the crew during mbcc red session. amber hazy color, small white head. smells of funk, grassy, peppery, bit citric, hints of ripe fruits. nice smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes grassy, peppery, bit citric, hint of wood, light glue. finishes medium sour and lightly dry with notes of wood, grass and peppery notes. nice one overall 7, 4, 7, 3, 15

Thnx to david . Pours dark redpurple. Small white head. Smell is super intense fruity. Mildly acidic, oak. Taste is very full, intensely sour, but with a very decent complexity. High carbo. Ok, bit astrigent MF. Sourness is perhaps a bit too high , as this is really vinegar / acidic. Nice beer though.
