From a barrel at Crabble Corn Mill BF 2007. Greeny silver colour with no head. Not too sweet, aroma of a dry white wine. Bit like a biscuity champagne. Some white fruit flesh, fairly decent apple fruit. Little bit farty, but the fruit is great.

75cl bottle. Green gold colour with a few white bubbles on top. I came across this on a stall in the Good’s Shed, an indoor market next to Canterbury West station. Apple aroma, with faint oak rubber. Slightly crisp and austere juice aroma. Juicy green apple in mouth, somewhat tart, before the advertised dry finish. For someone who likes austere citric white wine, like myself, this is excellent. Very fruity overall with almost no hint of alcohol. Some sourness on end.
