This is not quite as sticky as the base mead. I think the ginger and orange notes lend brightness that takes the mind elsewhere but there are some tannins from the tea as well.

Pale, nice floral honey notes. Comes out of the tap a little bit carbonated. Sticky floral notes, lots of honey.
