At Floripa Airport. Pink, all the fruits come through. Decent tartness. Refreshing, especially as the guava and passionfruit come through.

At Floripa airport. Cashew fruit and Suriname cherry, and a first class example of a legit Catharina Sour. Very pale , tart, cashew fruit and pitanga are fun..to me these are radical flavours. Love it. Wheaty, lightly acidic, perfect frame for the South American fruits. Yeah that’s excellent. Great little base beer.
