Tart, with a little bit of floral sweetness up front. Then, there's a nice dry acidity in the finish. Fresh, vibant, lively, almost lambic-like in its complexity and intensity. This seems to me like a special tej - at least, it's the best one I've found so far.

Fresh and acidic, this tej has a woody dryness and a touch of bitterness. Decent, medium body, good tej.
