Canned 8/21/25, shared by tfontana on 6/20/26. Thanks!
Hmm, almost a bit of sweet cider, with mushy graham cracker and honey-like character. Light toffee, light toast. But for the fruity, big apple character it smells to-style.
Fruity, herbal, lightly bitter hops. Good and malty with soft honey, toasted brown bread and a bit of floral bitterness lingering. Maybe not the most Cali common beer I've ever tried; could be a good deal more crisp on the finish, but it's pretty clean and very nicely malty.

Flavor and aroma are identical. Mild yeast and bold grain. Little bit of mineral character. Crisp texture with a very soft sweet finish. Nice malt backbone for such a light lager.

Can (8/21/25) from the brewery. Opaque yellow with decent head, excellent retention, nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong onion, cooking herb, hint of background citrus. Taste is light scallion, relatively stronger fruit, biscuit. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, dry, crisp finish. Not bad but hard to know what age has done to hop potency. Would be nice to have fresh, though I don't know if I'll ever get there again.

Can (8/21/25) from the brewery. Cloudy, dark yellow-light brown, no sparkle, lots of white floaties, thin head with poor retention, trace lacing. Aroma is tangerine, dank pineapple and background malt. Taste is strong pineapple, citrus, bread. Smooth, thick texture, medium bodied, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Canned earlier than I would have loved but not going to get here often so took a flyer. Relative maltiness likely due to age but, all-in-all, holding up reasonably well.
