Draught at the brewpub, long lasting dense creamy head, murky muddy orange to brown color, aroma of herbs and some citrus, grainy flavor with some citrus and a hint of fruit in the back, a bit coarse herbal bitterness. Drinkable.

At a tasting, thanks, smallish bubbly head, cloudy darkish orange color, aroma of straw, honey, candy and some dairy notes, flavor of vegetables, honey and a light coarse bitterness with lots of butter. Really bad.

Sweetish and sourish flavor, yeasty, with fruitiness, light spicy hint, honey hint, a bit astringent. Medium-bodied. Amateurish, kinda messy.

Draught at the brewpub, stable creamy light beige head, quite opaque deep brown color, aroma of shrubs and juniper with some chocolate, and dark bread in back, light shrubby flavor with chocolate and charcoal. Nice.
