Draught at Eli Cannon's, 5/25/25.
Dark, clear. Small, light tan head.
Salted caramel, light licorice, light sugar and long acid and vanilla on the finish. No booze. Not as much pure caramel and chocolate as id like, though the adjuncts certainly aren't overdone.
Good acidity, soft and not over roasted. But just strong, even if it's not sharp or boozey. Seems like an adjunct sugar was used as the texture isnt on par with its abv. Salted caramel, mild vanilla, prune and light licorice keep it fairly balanced.

4 pack of undated cans drunk 4/30-5/2/25.
Clear, quite dark brown. Smallish, darker beige head, moderate retention.
Rich malt featuring a goud helping of mostly base malt with not too much dark, leaving it chocolatey and minimally roasty/toasty. Soft floral-to-herbal hop character with a clean, lager yeast-laden finish and good overall arona strength.
Rich and chocolatey with some toasted dark sourdough character and spicy, herbal hops. Excellent malt depth, tending slightly sweet but with good bitterness and toast helping dry out the finish. Immaculately clean and polished with good yeast character.
