Draught at the American Wharf location, which is their only location open to the public, 10/24/25.
As pictured.
Dry with light roast and licorice. Not boozey or sugary, not too hoppy.
Similar profile in the mouth with a chewy, medium-full body. It's mostly clean though with some excessive licorice and a hint of alcohol. But it has a decent body and good attenuation without being too hoppy or too roasty. That said, it's still fairly roasty and solidly in the 2010 vein of imperial stouts.

Pours clear brown with a thin lacing white head. Aroma of malt. Fairly flat taste, some dry malt. Palate is much of the same, some indistinct oils. Eh.

Pours clear brown with a thin white head. Aroma of grain, cereal, some pine. Taste has more grain, floral notes, slightly grassy. Palate has lingering cereal notes, some pine resin. Not much a cream ale, but good nonetheless.

Keg taster pour at Craft Beer Race New Haven. Appearance is hazy, dark yellow/light brown with finger-width foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is vague yeastiness, maltiness, not much to it. Taste is light biscuit/cracker malt. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, soft carbonation with finish like taste. Overall, pretty true to the style. Aroma and taste could be a bit bolder but good.
