Beers brewed in Poland by Browar Van Pur, in France by Brasserie Goudale, in Germany by Flensburger Brauerei, in Austria by Privatbrauerei Franz Egger and in Denmark by Skanderborg Bryghus.
Split from the brewpub happened around 30.09.2014 (according to cvr.dk)

500 ml bottle, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 0.5%. Clear and deep chestnut colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Aroma of malts, grain, wort and baby porridge, a hint of maple syrup. Wort and grain in the flavour too, but not too sweet. Moderate notes of maple syrup. Very moderate hops.

May 2011: 500 ml bottle, from NETTO, Denmark. ABV is 6.0%. Amber to copper colour, large to moderate off-white head, leaves a nice lacing. Nice and fresh aroma of tree sap, but I am not sure I could identify it as ahorn, if I didn’t know. (I am well aquainted with ahorn syrup, but the aroma here is not nearly that intense.) Also grassy and herbal notes. The medium sweet flavour has some fruity and caramel notes, and moderate notes of ahorn syrup (contains also glucose syrup). Low bitterness, but the fruitiness saves the beer from falling in the "cloyingly sweet" ditch. Smooth mouthfeel. I kind of like it.

500 ml bottle, as Skovlyst EgeBryg Gylden Classic, from BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 5.2%. Clear reddish brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma of caramel malts and oak, hints of brown sugar and dark dried fruits. Malty flavour with some caramel, but not too sweet. Only a hint of oak.

The flavour is also wheaty, yeasty and citric, again with a hint of cloves. --Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale golden, rich firm head. Aroma of lime and perfumy coriander. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Wheat bread and lemon. Low bitterness.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is toasted, some sweet grassy, herbal and mild fruity tones. Flavour is floral, some toasted, mild honeyish and herbal notes with a bit of earth and nuts. Interesting IPA.
