Tap at Ape. Bright, deep gold with a low head. Complex hop nose, lots of citrus, some white grape, and a bit of tropical fruit. Clean malt. Medium sweetness, lots of fruit, clean bitter finish. Well done.

Tap at Ape. Deep amber to brown with a low, thick head. Toasty malt nose, lightly nutty, some caramel and a bit roasted too. Rich malt flavor, toasty, roasty, light sweetness, English hop flavor and crisp bitterness. Good one.

Tap at Osaka Holiday 2025. Deep amber color. Malty nose, slightly roasty, caramel, chocolate, resin, citrus. Clearly influenced by Minoh WIPA but with a roasty touch. Sweet and bitter, resiny, citrus, rich malt. Bitter finish. Nice old school WIPA.

Ape Brewing x KBC Dekoboko Hamaru
Sour IPA 6.5%

Soft light gold with a hoppy sour aroma while the taste is very much IPA. It feels like something that is truly a melding of styles whereas most I’ve had were like 90%+ a sour.
