I believe nimbleprop shared this one as well, thanks! Cloudy yellow color, small bright white had. Aroma of tart lemon candy. Taste is softly sour, earthy citrus. Refreshing.

Bottle shared by someone at Bluejacket during Travlr’s 10k celebration. Remember, none of us are jelly donuts. Actually, I was kind of hoping for some kind of donut character from this, but eh, you can’t always fit in too many meta jokes. Poured a little hazy yellow, with a small off-white head. Aroma was light tart notes, grain, and a little sea-breeze. Flavor was sea-breeze, some grain, tart notes. Light.

Really well done. Lots of oaty sweetness, with roast malt and the rest of the shebang. A good breakfast stout. Finishes with initial sweetness and then a bitter follow through. Pours black with good head and lacing. Superior. Tap at Black Squirrel.
